We offer sea view accommodation to local businesses for visiting staff and longer-term placements, as well as holiday lettings for tourists.

We have also started to launch artist residencies, showcasing local artists to our visitors in our four apartments. The gallery space in the building will be open four times a year to showcase these local artists in residence for public viewing, as well as other local artists in the main stairs gallery spaces.

The apartments can be booked for meeting spaces subject to availability. Apartments can also be used for catered evening events for our gallery sponsors and occasionally for other companies/individuals on request.

We aim to give back to the community, and we donate a percentage of our fees to a local or national charity. We are also looking to establish educational connections for artist-in-residence talks with local schools and colleges.
