East Point Pavilion is a Victorian-style glass pavilion beautifully reimagined by HemingwayDesign and Hudson Architects.

Enjoy fantastic food, grab a drink, and take in the sea views at Lowestoft’s latest good times spot. East Point Pavilion is the perfect place to enjoy the sea view while savoring delicious food from an assortment of independent street food traders, along with barista coffee, craft beer, wine, and cocktails from our house bar and café.

Enjoy a year-round program of free and ticketed events ranging from live music, comedy, DJs, and performances, alongside a varied calendar of pop-up makers and producers events, as well as creative community and seasonal activities. The space is also available for community use and private hire.
